Each year, in addition to our many foundational activities which are sustained through our general budget, we strive to maximize our service to families through a number of priority projects – be they expansions of our existing programs or new initiatives that respond to a recognized need.
These priority projects are funded specifically through leadership gifts from key partnerships with individuals, businesses and foundations.
We define leadership gifts as donations of $5,000 or more. These gifts ensure the financial security of these special projects to see lives changed and families thrive.
We have a team that is committed to assisting donors who are interested in making leadership gifts. They are dedicated to the work of Focus on the Family Canada, are knowledgeable about each project and are available to answer all of your questions so you have the information you need to make an informed decision about which project to support.
When you make a gift of $5,000 or more, you become part of a distinguished group of partners who are passionate about seeing families strengthened, Biblical values promoted and lives transformed through the power of Christ.
Kerith Retreats provides a specialized program for clergy and ministry leaders so they can find rest and renewal from the constant challenges that arise in their vocation.
This retreat includes seven days of personalized teaching for pastors and their spouses in a small-group setting. Ministry retreats give pastors a chance to enjoy a restful setting conducive to spiritual restoration and deepened intimacy with Christ.

Focus Famille ministers to francophone families in Quebec and other French-speaking areas across Canada. There is a shortage of Biblically based family guidance available in French and few clear guidelines on how to function well as a family. We have a missional opportunity to reach young francophone families who are in need of and looking for help to strengthen their families by offering resources and websites that have been translated into French as well as our Focus Famille magazine.
By partnering in Focus Famille, you are reaching francophone families with guidance and teaching according to God’s design for life, marriage and family.

Our Hope Restored – Registration Assistance Fund seeks to help couples save their marriage that is in crisis, facing significant challenges or headed toward divorce.
The Hope Restored marriage intensive counselling program is proven to help couples restore their marriage. Couples attending Hope Restored are often facing significant distress and many have already started the divorce process. But when surveyed two years after attending, over 80 per cent reported that they were still together! This is unparalleled and it is considered to be the most successful program of its kind in the world.
The cost of attending this program can be significant for some couples and we recognize that they need financial help to make this investment in their marriage. We always encourage couples to see what they can afford and ask them to consider if their local church, family, friends or even workplace can contribute.
Your support will help these couples who cannot afford Hope Restored on their own get the personalized help they need to turn their marriage around. Will you sponsor a couple to attend this life-changing program so they can save their marriage?

With almost 40 per cent of the Canadian population living in Ontario and another 27 per cent living in Quebec and the Maritime provinces, the need to provide on-the-ground help to families in Eastern Canada is significant.
That is why Focus on the Family Canada is so thankful for God’s provision of the new Kerith Waters retreat centre in Ontario.
The Kerith Waters property is a 96-acre rural farm with an inn that includes seven suites, a two-bedroom carriage house, and a separate suite for the on-site facility manager overlooking a spring-fed pond. The location is about an hour from Pearson International Airport and is within a two-hour drive for more than nine million people. This makes it an ideal location for hosting Focus on the Family Canada’s retreat programs as it’s a quiet, peaceful location yet easily accessible to a large group of people.
Your partnership in the Kerith Waters ministry expansion will allow us to provide help and encouragement to couples in need of the Hope Restored program and refreshment to ministry leaders in need of a Kerith ministry retreat.
