Pastoral Couples' Marriage Retreat: November 2008

Focus on the Family staff hosted 80 pastoral couples on November 18-20, 2008, at the Hockley Valley Resort, located one hour northwest of Toronto.

We were privileged to have Pete and Geri Scazzero as our guest speakers. (Pete is the author of The Emotionally Healthy Church and Emotionally Healthy Spirituality.) Pete and Geri challenged couples to make their marriage their primary vocation, second only to their relationship with Jesus. Their style was very interactive and couples connected with one another in ways that were very beneficial to their relationship. The venue was magnificent, the food was excellent and the reviews were glowing!
